Solutions
Beyond standard specifications — we produce textiles built exactly to your technical requirements, from custom GSM and dimensions to jacquard patterns, embroidery, and bespoke packaging.
Custom Capabilities
Standard products cover most requirements. But buyers who are building a differentiated product — a resort with a signature towel, a retailer with an exclusive collection, a brand with a non-standard size range — need manufacturing that works to their specification, not a catalogue constraint.
Memo Textile's custom manufacturing capability covers the full specification range: fabric weight from 200 to 900 GSM, dimensions from hand towel to oversized beach throw, Pantone-matched colour in reactive or pigment dye, woven jacquard borders, embroidery up to 15 thread colours, reactive printing, and packaging from plain polybag to printed retail box.
Custom orders go through the same sampling and QC process as standard products — the only difference is that the technical brief starts from your specification, not ours. For buyers who don't need a fully bespoke build, our OEM textile manufacturing and private label manufacturing programmes are typically faster. Custom work is common on beach towels and bathrobes, and our choosing a textile manufacturer guide covers what to ask before committing to a custom order.
Product Development Process
This is the development phase specifically — refining a concept into a locked, manufacturable specification before production begins.
You share a reference sample, sketch, or written brief describing the product you're trying to build.
We recommend fiber, yarn preparation, and weave structure suited to your brief, GSM target, and budget.
Dimensions, GSM, construction, and finishing are documented into a formal spec sheet before any fabric is cut.
For custom colours, lab dips are produced and approved against your Pantone reference before bulk dyeing.
A physical prototype is manufactured to the locked specification for hands-on review.
Adjustments to construction, weight, or finish are made and re-sampled until the product matches your brief.
Once approved, the specification is locked as the production standard — the same document QC will inspect against.

Materials
The material decisions that determine how a finished product feels and performs, before weave or finish are even considered.
